- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have worked at Louisa Health and Rehab center for 16 years. Our rehab team is outstanding. The warmth and care they provide is excellent. The building is very clean. Our dietary team provide well nourished meals. The dietary department has received 100% on local heath department sanitation, no deficency in 16 years and has been in the green for sanitation in the region for 16 years.
